Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our innovative, dynamic team!
About the position: Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator will report to the Service Manager and will work from our Madison Heights, Michigan location. The position is responsible for coordinating troubleshoot and repair services, for repair and preventative maintenance quotes, and rental agreements
What you’ll do in the role
- Provide price quotations for repair and preventative maintenance jobs to customers.
- Submit parts requests to purchasing team for repair service jobs.
- Pull and stage repair job parts.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance service calls.
- Utilize Office Trax by accepting requests and providing updates to Belle Tire personnel.
- Responsible for rental list updates and rental agreements.
- Log and send oil samples.
- Provide Daily Service Job log to service coordinator before the end of each day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems a plus.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solver.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
