Depending on how you used your compressed air system, what your environment is like, and what your business goals are, we’ll perform a series of checks, including (but not limited to):
  • Check air filters and change if necessary
  • Same oil and change oil if necessary
  • Separate elements and lubricant
  • Check and clean condensate drains
  • Check heat exchanger and clean it
  • Check belt tension and tighten if necessary
  • Check condition of drive coupling
  • Check and clean scavenge system
  • Lubricate drive motor
  • Check and record amp and voltage draw
  • Check and record system temperatures
  • Check ad record system pressure
  • Check electrical connections
  • Inspect related equipment, such as dryers and condensate management system
  • Wipe down and clean site
  • Provide detailed report and discuss recommendations
