About the position: Process Excellence Analyst

Elevated Industrial Solutions is hiring a Process Excellence Analyst. The Process Excellence Analyst will work from our Denver, CO location and will report to the Vice President of Operations. The Process Excellence Analyst will be passionate about creating a culture of operational and customer excellence, implementing change, and driving Continuous Improvement across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role

  • Serve as the primary process improvement resource across organization.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to fully understand current process and identify gaps to fill.
  • Create process documentation and process maps.
  • Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure redesigned processes are seamless experience for all stakeholders by minimizing inefficiencies.
  • Leverage technology to further improve processes where appropriate, including incorporating automation.
  • Produce materials for Senior Leadership Team Meetings. Contributes to the development of strategy.
  • Ensure locations establish and maintain appropriate KPIs, maintain and promote visibility of metrics.
  • Influences development and drives execution of business unit operating plans.
  • Managing moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger projects.
  • Developing, coordinating, and executing project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery.
  • Providing accurate and timely communication to key stakeholders and leadership on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Leverage change management and process improvement best practices to streamline and implement new processes supporting company goals.

Qualifications

Minimal Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive process excellence/project management experience.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written, communications, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools.
  • Experience with Business Central ERP preferred, not required.
