Did you know there’s an A2LA-accredited lab in the United States that can certify tools for ISO 17025? It’s true! Near Detroit, we have a state-of-the-art facility available to test, refurbish, certify, service, maintain, and handle emergency repairs for assembly tools.

Although we’re in southeastern Michigan and northwestern Ohio, we can provide service for any location in the country. In fact, the extended Elevated family has offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and southern Ohio.

Shipping

We offer local pick-up and delivery services to the Detroit and Toledo areas. But even if you’re not in the Detroit or Ohio area, you can still ship your tool to our facility. Our sales and service team can provide ideas about mailing to make it easier for you.

Calibration and repair

Our technicians can come to your location in the Detroit or Toledo area. We can arrange to test, calibrate, and perform light repairs (if necessary) at your facility. This enables our customers to minimize downtime and create a faster turnaround to keep your facility compliant.

If you’re not in the Detroit or Toledo area, you can ship your tools to our location. We’ll run the same thorough tests, calibrate, perform light repairs (and notify you what happened).

One-year warranty, emergency repairs

We’ll provide a one-year warranty on our work. So, if something happens, you can send your tools back to us for repairs. And in the Toledo or Detroit areas, we’ll provide emergency repairs 24/7 (including holidays).
