Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a tool service supervisor to join our dynamic team!

About the position: Tool Service Supervisor

Based out of Madison Heights, MI, the role of a Tool Service Supervisor is to oversee tool repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and manage a team while ensuring high service standards.

What you’ll do in the role

• Supervise and guide the team in diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, DC electric, and battery tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools.
• Utilize PLC knowledge and handle electronics work and tasks, including 24V I/O wiring.
• Maintain and calibrate tools, and produce detailed service reports.
• Provide leadership and training, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Occasionally travel to customer facilities for on-site repairs and support.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic background, including tool repair knowledge.
• Experience with PLC systems and 24V I/O wiring.
• Proficiency with computers and technical software.
• Excellent leadership and teaching abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
