Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a Compressor Service Specialist to join our dynamic team!

About the position: Compressor Service Specialist

The Compressor Service Specialist will work from our Madison Heights, MI location and will report to the Service Supervisor. The specialist will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate pricing information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

What you’ll do in the role

• Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete, following up if necessary
• Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
• Assist with inside sales, house accounts, and parts
• Work with inside sales and account managers to identify & communicate opportunities for upselling
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as customer and asset data entry
• Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working with compressed air solutions preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role required
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Business Central, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
